As a Senior System Operations Support Analyst
, you will contribute to critical operations through reporting, compliance coordination, and process improvements that enhance the efficiency and reliability of grid operations.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to projects focused on operational reporting, compliance tracking, and process improvement. Examples include developing and refining dashboards and performance metrics, supporting event review analysis, improving documentation and reporting workflows, assisting with automation of data retrieval, and coordinating compliance-related activities such as COM-002 tracking and EOP/SRP procedure reviews. Projects will often involve collaboration across departments and provide exposure to real-time operations, regulatory requirements, and data-driven decision-making.
Inone year as our Senior System Operations Support Analyst, you will know you were successful if:
- You have demonstrated through the ability to independently support operational reporting, compliance documentation, and coordination activities that enhance the effectiveness of the Reliability Coordination function
- You have built strong working relationships across System Operations, developed a clear understanding of compliance processes and operational workflows, and consistently delivered accurate reports, dashboards, and documentation on schedule
- You have contributed to process improvements, support event reviews with reliable data analysis, and help maintain a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the team
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent technical work experience)
- At least two years of relevant work experience supporting data analysis, reporting, or operational functions
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate technical data and make sound recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
We would also prefer that you have the following (but not required):
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar reporting tools
- Experience with energy markets, grid operations, and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (NERC/FERC familiarity)
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.

Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $ - $ USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
