CRM Functional Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a CRM Functional Analyst Role to join their team. As a CRM Functional Analyst Role, you will be part of the Customer Experience department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Partner with team members to research and document customer experience and business needs
• Support initiatives to collect and manage customer insight data
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for system configuration
• Configure and test Microsoft Dynamics D365 modules to meet evolving business requirements
• Provide user support, training, and drive system adoption across departments

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related technical field or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision
