Job Description

PCI is seeking a Receptionist for its Indianapolis 551 operations based in Carmel, IN
. Types of responsibilities would be as follows (not limited to):

  • Greet and manage incoming visitors to the office through our door entry/camera system
  • Respond to incoming callers with excellent customer service skills
  • Provide excellent customer service to our in‑person vendors, customers and employees
  • Manage the visitor compliance and badge printing system
  • Coordinate catering requests
  • Distribute office mail and organize and ship outgoing USPS/Fed Ex/UPS materials
  • Coordinate with the Team on the Visitors and Meeting Calendar
  • Perform additional administrative office duties and projects assigned as needed
  • Demonstrate initiative and forward thinking
Basic Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of office experience; knowledge of construction industry operations and practices preferred
  • Dependable, strong work ethic
  • Ability to efficiently multi‑task
  • Multi‑line phone experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels of employees within the company
  • 10‑Key by touch
