Key Responsibilities- Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
