• Prepare, review and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts; resolve discrepancies
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning
• Serve as a key contact for internal and external audits
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance internal controls and accounting processes
• Analyze financial trends and deliver insights to leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
• 3–5 years of corporate accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Dynamics GP or similar ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
