This is a full-time, on‑site role for a PCV Driver based in Carmarthen. The PCV Driver will be responsible for operating passenger‑carrying vehicles, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers at all times. Daily tasks include driving assigned routes or charters, adhering to schedules, conducting pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate journey records. Interaction with passengers and providing excellent customer service are key aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in Truck Driving and holding a valid PCV
• Hold a valid CPC
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in operating passenger‑carrying vehicles
• A commitment to passenger safety and providing excellent service
• Ability to adhere to schedules and follow established routes
• Good knowledge of local and regional geography is a plus
