Salary: £50,000 per annum + £3,000 Welcome Bonus + Annual Bonus

• Lead, motivate, and develop a residential care team
• Ensure the home meets CIW regulatory standards
• Deliver high‑quality, child‑centred care and safeguarding
• Oversee compliance, inspections, audits, and quality assurance
• Manage budgets, staffing, and rotas effectively
• Promote positive outcomes for children and young people with complex needs

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a Children's Residential Home
• Registered with CIW (or eligible to register)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of children's residential legislation and safeguarding
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
