A leading healthcare provider in Carmarthenshire is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to deliver high-quality end-of-life care during night shifts. You will provide personal care and support to patients and their families, contributing to their well-being in a vital and hands-on role. The ideal candidate has NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and at least 6 months of relevant experience, along with strong communication skills.
