Customer Experience Advisor | SMB – Carmarthen
Santander is a global technology‑driven bank and we are transforming our retail experience. You will be an essential part of that journey from our branch in Carmarthen.
Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for customers in‑branch or over the phone.
- Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
- Answer and handle customer calls within our contact centre.
- Build relationships, find solutions and adapt communication style to each customer.
- Develop knowledge of Santander products and services to better support customers.
- Identify new opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service from face‑to‑face or telephony backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, really listening to understand customer needs.
- A real desire to go above and beyond for customers.
- Strong team working skills with a flexible, can‑do approach.
- Openness to a broad range of activities beyond standard expectations.
- Adaptability, resilience and the ability to grow with changing business priorities.
- Starting salary £24,000 plus an annual cash allowance.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases to 26 after 5 years). Option to purchase up to 5 days per year.
