Customer Experience Advisor | SMB – Carmarthen

Santander is a global technology‑driven bank and we are transforming our retail experience. You will be an essential part of that journey from our branch in Carmarthen.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in‑branch or over the phone.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
  • Answer and handle customer calls within our contact centre.
  • Build relationships, find solutions and adapt communication style to each customer.
  • Develop knowledge of Santander products and services to better support customers.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve the customer experience.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service from face‑to‑face or telephony backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, really listening to understand customer needs.
  • A real desire to go above and beyond for customers.

  • Starting salary £24,000 plus an annual cash allowance.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases to 26 after 5 years). Option to purchase up to 5 days per year.
