Anopportunityhasarisenfora Duty Managertojointhe Front Office Teamin Jumeirah Carlton Tower .Themaindutiesandresponsibilitiesofthisroleare:

  • Supervisepropertyoperations,particularlyatthe

    Front

    Office,ensuringalignmentwith

    Jumeirahservicestandardsandpropertystrategy.
  • Monitorservicequalityacrossalloperations,ensuringadherencetoapprovedproceduresandimplementingcorrectiveactionswhennecessarytoupholdguestservicestandards.
  • Inspectroomsandfacilitiestoensureavailabilityandcompliancewithoperationalstandards,supportingguestsatisfaction.
  • Addressguestcomplaintspromptly,coordinatingcorrectiveactionstomaintainconsistentqualitycustomerexperiences.
  • Coordinatedepartmentalactivitiesandfacilitateeffectivecommunicationtoenhancecooperationamongdepartmentsforhigh-qualityservicedelivery.
  • Monitorpersonnelbehaviorandappearance,ensuringadherenceto

    SBUstandardsandprocedurestodeliverprofessionalservices.
