Production Associate

We are looking for self‑motivated individuals to work at our Carlstadt, NJ facility, conveniently located near public transportation from surrounding areas including Passaic, Union City and Paterson.

Hourly Range: $17 – $17.75

Hours:

7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

• Perform production duties such as packing and manual lifting.
• Verify the product is sealed, has the correct smart date label and is packaged correctly.
• Move product and inventory using a hand jack.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment, following safety regulations.
• Perform related duties as required by supervision.
• Move to other lines as workload requires.
• Comply with all company and federal policies, procedures and regulations.
• Achieve departmental KPIs.

• Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and other employees.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to carry out assignments to completion within prescribed routines and accepted practices.
