The Mechanic will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining compressor systems used in upstream production operations. This includes Vapor Recovery Units (VRU),
Gas Lift compressors
, and Instrument Air compressors
. The role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and supports safe, continuous production.

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on VRU, gas lift, and instrument air compressors.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and execute repairs in the field.
• Ensure 3rd party contractors execute proper repairs.
• Conduct inspections, monitor performance, and adjust operating parameters as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with operations teams to support optimal equipment performance.

• Experience working with compressor systems in upstream oil & gas.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and field procedures.
