Job Description
This position provides office-based support for environmental air compliance activities in New Mexico. The role focuses on coordinating regulatory requirements, supporting air quality compliance programs, and assisting with work order processing related to inspections and monitoring activities. The ideal candidate has experience with state and federal air regulations and is comfortable working within structured compliance systems.
Responsibilities- Support air quality compliance activities in New Mexico.
- Coordinate and ensure adherence to applicable state and federal air quality regulations.
- Assist with regulatory documentation, tracking, and reporting requirements.
- Process and manage work orders using SAP.
- Support inspection-related work orders, including audio, visual, and olfactory (AVO) and leak detection and repair (LDAR) activities.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of regulatory tasks.
- Assist with data organization and follow-up related to environmental compliance activities.
- 2–5 years of experience in environmental regulatory roles with a focus on air quality.
- Working knowledge of state and federal air quality regulations, including New Mexico requirements.
- Experience with SAP work order processing preferred.
- Familiarity with AVO and LDAR inspection work order processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in an office-based environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Environmental regulatory or compliance experience required.
- Government or agency regulatory experience is a plus.
- No certifications required.
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Pay: $35/per hour
