The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work completion and issues, offering solutions.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Conduct store and cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes promptly.
• Hang store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a distinctive shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise.

• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull up to 2000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift/reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
