RN - Rehab

Nights, from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with floating required.

The Rehabilitation RN evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures, performs various patient tests, and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.

• Evaluate assigned patients and document nursing care.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications as per nursing practice guidelines.
• Teach patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
• Plan and accomplish goals based on experience and judgment.

• Registered Nurse with an associate's degree.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are preferred.
