Travel L&D RN

Shift: Nights, 6:30 pm – 7:00 am

Location: Carlsbad, NM

We’re looking for an experienced Travel Labor & Delivery RN to join a dedicated women’s health team in Carlsbad, NM. This contract offers the chance to provide compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns while enjoying one of the most unique destinations in southern New Mexico.

Provide comprehensive care through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.

Monitor maternal and fetal well-being and respond to changes with clinical expertise.

Administer medications and assist with epidurals, inductions, and C-sections.

Educate and support mothers, newborns, and families throughout the birthing process.

Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure safe, positive outcomes.

2+ years of recent L&D experience required.

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NRP required.

Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.

Compassionate, family-centered approach to care.
