Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night Labor & Delivery position in New Mexico requiring a valid NM or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit

• Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM

• Assignment length is 13 weeks

• Patient population includes laboring mothers and newborns

• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius

• Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit during night shift hours

• Requests for time off must be less than 1 week

• Applicants must adhere to hospital and unit policies

• Only candidates eligible to work in the US will be considered

Requirements

• Active NM or compact RN license required

• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience

• Certifications must be valid for at least 30 days beyond start date

• No gaps in employment of 90 days or more within the last 12 months

• Candidates who have been permanent staff at a CHS facility in the past 2 years are ineligible
