Goodnight Midstream provides trusted oilfield water management to oil and gas producers. Responsibilities- Conduct routine facility visits and visual inspections of sites, pipelines, and equipment.
- Perform minor mechanical repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor pipeline pressures, flow rates, and report key operational data.
- Operate pipelines, including valve inspection, block valve maintenance, leak detection, and transfer pump operation.
- Assist with utility and pipeline locates, respond to Onecalls, and oversee excavation work.
- Serve as the company representative for line crossings, Hydrovac services, and back filling operations.
- Assist pumpers with maintenance, repairs, and operational troubleshooting.
- Accurately record operational data and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and support on‑site subcontractors and provide feedback to management.
- Travel to multiple sites as needed to support operations.
- Drive and maintain a company vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Perform monthly NORM, SPCC, and site inspections, documenting findings in the work order system.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Pumper; minimum of 1 year of Operator experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform hands‑on maintenance and repairs.
- Knowledge of computer systems such as FIIX, SCADA, Teams, Answernet, Eagle Eye, and truck ticketing.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules, including weekends and on‑call shifts.
- Organized, dependable, and a team player.
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
- Attention to detail with a high sense of urgency.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to exercise good judgment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and around industrial equipment. You must be able to climb ladders, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, and pull as part of routine tasks. The role requires regularly lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, walking long distances and entering confined spaces. Operating a company vehicle will be necessary for at least 70% of the time.
You must be comfortable working with computers, monitoring screens, communicating effectively verbally and in writing, and working various shifts including overnight, early mornings, and weekends. Operators work two‑week shifts (“hitches”) and may be called for on‑site issues when needed. Overtime may be required.
