Carlsbad - Position:
Travel CT Tech - Start: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Mids, 11a-9:30p, Thurs-Fri-Sat-Sun - Call Requirement: 4 days of call per month
** Key
Qualifications:
** - 2+ years’ experience required - ARRT CT certification required - CT & X-ray experience required
** Responsibilities:** - Provide professional, timely, and accurate diagnostic C-T examinations as prescribed by referring physicians - Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures - Deliver high-quality C-T care to patients for diagnostic imaging - Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, and portable radiographic procedures - Execute C-arm procedures and OR imaging services - Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, including:
- CT of head/brain - Neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, and extremities - Biopsy/drainage procedures - Knowledge of CT system processing and surgical/sterile procedures - Expertise in studies with and without contrast media and cross-sectional anatomy
