Advisor, Rotating Equipment Maintenance

** Advisor, Rotating Equipment Maintenance located in Hobbs, NM or Carlsbad, NM
** Identifies and implements reliability, integrity, economic, carbon reduction, and safety improvements for the above systems.
Supports larger customers/clients and may lead functional projects under infrequent supervision. Developing a detailed knowledge of the work function.
** This role has a 9/80 work schedule.*

* Required Qualifications:

** 5+ years of oil & gas compression/mechanical-related experience. Experience in the application of rotating equipment preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance processes.

Proven ability to analyze and diagnose performance deviations and recommend corrective actions.

* Preferred Qualifications:

** 5 years of current industrial mechanical experience, with emphasis on reciprocating engines, compressors, centrifugal compressors, turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, and generators. Able to work with limited supervision. Familiarity with reliability efforts for a variety of safety, environmental, and production-related issues. Ability to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of major oil and gas production and facility process systems. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.),

SAP S/4

HANA, and an aptitude for learning new software applications. Ability to perform multiple tasks with limited supervision. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a member of a diverse team.
