• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer; also deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate all equipment.
• Prepare product.

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to give correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings and private homes.

Varying weather; temperatures from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in hot areas; occasional exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F. Requires standing, walking, carrying up to 50 lb cases, pushing or pulling trays, bending, squatting, and climbing stairs. Manual handling and navigation of adverse terrain are part of the role.
