Padres Baseball & Softball Camps Site Director – La Costa / North County Coastal, Carlsbad, CA 92009

Padres Baseball Camps is hiring a Site Director for summer youth baseball and softball camps throughout San Diego County. The Site Director provides leadership to ensure campers have a safe, engaging learning experience with a focus on developing skills, enjoying the game, and valuing personal accountability. The program provides equipment, training, and curriculum; you provide leadership and a positive camp environment.

We offer a range of positions from Coach to Site Director for ages 4 through 13.

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers
• Supervise, manage, and motivate staff and campers to deliver a high-quality camp experience
• Execute Padres Baseball Camps Curriculum daily under the direction of the Site Director
• Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games
• Highlight teachable moments and encourage fun each day of camp
• Collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds to uphold the Padres Camps reputation

• Be prepared to make a 10 week commitment, Monday–Friday, approximately eight hours per day
• Padres Baseball & Softball Camps run from June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026
• Be prepared to travel to each site with reliable transportation
• Be able to pass a comprehensive background screening
• Be a polished professional with demonstrated leadership ability
• May be responsible for driving a rented cargo van and having a safe space to park it (fuel cost covered for work/camp use only)
• Familiarity with the basic fundamentals of baseball
• Experience and comfort with technology to ensure efficient camp operations

• Receive an invitation to complete a one-way interview
• Complete a 15‑minute virtual interview with the local market leader
• Complete a 20‑minute virtual interview with the Executive Director

Pay is based on skill level and experience. The weekly range for this position is $1,360 to $1,600 per week.
