• Design and develop IoT solutions in AWS, primarily for the backend cloud platform.
• Translate system architecture and requirements into performant software in collaboration with architects and digital product managers.
• Own the IoT backend platform and mentor junior engineers to produce high‑quality components.
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement data integration and analytics pipelines for IoT‑generated data.
• Work with a globally distributed team and coordinate tasks accordingly.
• Design and develop APIs for internal and external consumption.
• Participate in Agile development: daily scrum, sprints, CI/CD, unit testing, and system test automation.
• Implement high‑volume telemetry data ingestion and processing in relational/No
  
  SQL or data‑warehouse cloud environments.
• Build horizontally scalable micro‑services architecture with low‑latency, consistent, RESTful APIs.

• Experience with IoT, AWS, and NodeJS or Java or .Net programming.
• Hands‑on experience in device provisioning, certificate management, OTA jobs, and AWS Green grass concepts.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing (PaaS) with IoT capabilities (preferably AWS IoT or Google Cloud IoT).
• Expertise in cloud‑based IoT technologies such as MQTT, notification engines.
• Proficiency in API development and Dev Ops practices including CI/CD.
• Experience designing scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
