• Support analytical assay activities in support of viral vector process development through initiating and executing experimental strategies and plans.
• Perform routine analytical testing including FFU assay, Flow cytometry‑based Potency assay, TCID
  50 assay, qPCR/ddPCR, and ELISA testing.
• Generate worksheets, summary reports, and transfer documents.
• Anticipate potential problems and design preventative solutions.
• Independently plan and execute experiments.
• Independently analyze increasingly complex data and interpret results.
• Contribute to and execute technical transfers of analytical methods from and/or to internal and external sites.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to achieve project goals and advance technical capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with the technical leadership team, internal network partners, and the product management teams.
• Have technical expertise with biologics analytical techniques, method development including Flow‑cytometry, qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, and cell‑based assays such as plaque assays, TCID
  50, and FFU assays.
