** What You Will Be Doing
** Join our team! As an Account Executive, National Accounts, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering best in class service to our strategic partners while championing Titleist Clubs across the Off Course and Golf Specialty Channel. You’ll build strong relationships with influential Sales Associates and Fitters, providing product training, personalized support, and brand advocacy. Execute outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage customers and ensure needs are being met.

In conjunction with the Director of Training, you will participate in the scheduling, coordinating, and hosting of training events for Off Course Influencers and Fitters. From managing orders and resolving service needs to coordinating high-impact training events and fittings, you’ll play a pivotal role in making Titleist the brand of choice for over 1,000 key influencers nationwide.
** What You Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree required
* Minimum 5 years in the golf industry (equipment sales, fitting, or service)
* Strong background in sales or fitting preferred
* Proven ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without supervision
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong leadership and organizational abilities
* Deep knowledge of golf club products and technology
* Willing to travel approximately 20 nights per year for service and training events
* Able to carry up to 30 lbs of product samples and equipment multiple times daily
* Comfortable standing for extended periods#LI-SB1

Pay Range: $69,317.00-$86,567.00
