We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrator & Lead Generation Specialist to be the driving force behind our business development efforts. This role requires a proactive, tech-forward individual who knows how to leverage Hub Spot, AI tools, and creative outreach strategies to generate, nurture, and qualify leads. You will feed our lead sales executive with a steady stream of qualified opportunities and ensure that prospects stay engaged through thoughtful marketing and follow-up efforts.
This is a hands‑on role where success comes from rolling up your sleeves—running campaigns, cold calling, uncovering hidden opportunities, and continuously refining our outreach strategies.
What You’ll Do Lead Generation & Campaigns- Build, execute, optimize marketing campaigns in Hub Spot Sales & Marketing Hub.
- Develop and manage outbound outreach programs targeting key verticals and decision‑makers.
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline research, prospecting, and follow‑up.
- Qualify and nurture leads before handing off to the sales team.
- Manage ongoing communication with prospects via email, phone, and marketing sequences.
- Assist in creating proposals, responses to RFPs, and other client‑facing documents.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive target account outreach plan.
- Ensure all leads are logged, tracked, and managed through Hub Spot.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and accurate reporting.
- Confidently make outbound calls to prospects, when appropriate, to establish contact and qualify opportunities. You’ll be qualifying leads, not closing deals.
- Provide regular reporting on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
- Experiment with new tools and tactics to continuously improve lead generation efficiency.
- Proven success in sales support, lead generation, or sales administration roles.
- Expert with Hub Spot CRM and Hub Spot Marketing tools – recent administrator style experience.
- Strong warm‑calling and outbound outreach skills.
- Experience creating and executing lead gen campaigns across email, phone, and digital channels.
- Tech‑savvy with an ability to leverage AI and automation platforms to increase efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, or similar documents preferred.
This is a hybrid role based in Carlsbad, CA. Expect to be onsite three days per week (MWF), with remote flexibility two days per week (T/Th). This is a contract to perm role where we’re looking to ensure this marketing approach will work before committing to it long term.
