We’re looking for a retail sales associate/customer service position where you can positively change the lives of clients in a meaningful way. Our wellness studio is seeking an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to lead retail sales and customer service for potential clients and current members. We reward our team when we meet our objectives, offering commissions on wellness plan sales with the potential to earn over $500.

• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• Strong communicator who loves listening as much as speaking to new, established, and prospective clients.
• Can turn any client criticism into an opportunity for excellent service.

• Create an exceptional customer service experience for every client who enters the studio.
• Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a hassle‑free membership plan.
• Follow our proven sales process to enroll clients into the program.
• Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio.
• Ensure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurate.
• Collaborate with managers and massage therapists to create a client‑centric environment.

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially selling memberships or services in‑person.
• Customer service experience in a spa‑like or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are managed via easy‑to‑learn programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for employees and the best experiences for clients.
