We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to help build and fuel Sharp’s revenue engine. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will generate qualified pipeline through consistent, targeted outreach across multiple channels.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Generate Pipeline. Build targeted prospect lists, conduct high volume outreach, and create qualified opportunities.
- Lead the First Interaction. Deliver sharp, informed, and engaging first touches that build trust.
- Book Meetings that Matter. Set discovery calls and demos with the right stakeholders and ensure clean CRM documentation.
- Keep the System Sharp. Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene, track engagement, and keep territories accurate.
- Bring Insights Back to the Team. Share field feedback to shape messaging, campaigns, and product direction.
- Improve Every Day. Experiment with scripts, channels, and sequencing, using data to refine your approach.
- Collaborate Across the Revenue Team. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align messaging.
- High resilience and comfort with frequent rejection.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to ask thoughtful, probing questions.
- Excellent active listening, clear confident communication.
- Effective time management and prioritization.
- Empathy combined with solid business acumen.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred) and accurate data hygiene.
- Ability to research industries, personas, and organizational structures.
