Overnight Stockers at Sprouts Farmers Market work in several different areas of the store, from the Dry Grocery Department, to the Dairy Department, and also the Frozen Department. Overnight Stockers stock shelves, fill the frozen foods bins, and help maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store. As an Overnight Stocker, you may receive product deliveries, ensure delivery accuracy, and move product to the sales floor using equipment.

Overnight Stockers rotate merchandise to ensure the freshest product is available for customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

• Be at least 18 years of age, dependable and reliable
• Outgoing and friendly behavior
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
• Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., from 5” to 34”, for a distance up to 5 feet, for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business does
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team
• Ability to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
• High school diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or acceptable combination of education and experience

The pay range for this position is $17.05 - $21.25 per hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications.
