As a Sales Associate at Lacoste, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail, enjoy interacting with people, and are keen to develop their sales and customer service skills.

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products.
• Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy. Ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a balanced cash drawer.
• Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers effectively.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high standard of customer service.
• Actively seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance.
