Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through canvassing, cold calls, market research, and targeted networking.
• Develop a deep understanding of the local economy and real estate market, including tracking ownership details, property trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain accurate property and market information in relevant databases.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and continually refine your skills through on-the-job experiences and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent education/experience).
• Two or more years of experience as a licensed commercial real estate salesperson.
• Proven office leasing experience required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
