Quality Specialist

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Quality Specialist to join their client's team in California. This role is integral in ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence are maintained in the production process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and committed to upholding quality assurance practices.

• Conducting regular quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborating with the production team to implement quality control measures.
• Documenting and reporting any quality issues or defects to management.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Assisting in the development and refinement of quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Maintaining records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.

• Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

The pay range for this position is between $20 and $23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
