Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Director to own digital and traditional marketing, including campaign strategy, development, and execution across all channels, ensuring initiatives drive measurable results and align with business objectives.
In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, collaborative marketing professional who thrives in a small business environment and is passionate about driving growth through effective, high-quality marketing execution.
In addition to developing strategy and leading campaigns, this role will also lead marketing initiative execution, typically through third party vendors. The Marketing Director will collaborate closely with executive management to strategize and evaluate.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Plan, develop, and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, content, paid media) to generate leads, nurture prospects, and retain customers.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and visual identity.
- Develop KPIs and monitor and report on campaign performance; analyze results to optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
- Partner with sales, operations, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Plan and assist in execution of events, webinars, and partnership marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot), analytics tools, and CRM systems to track performance.
- Soccer / Sports knowledge and experience preferred.
