Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Assembler to join their client's team in California. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to contribute to a dynamic team environment. The Assembler will engage in repetitive bench assembly of parts or components using established procedures and will work closely under supervision to ensure high-quality assembly standards.

• Perform simple and repetitive bench assembly of parts or components using established procedures.
• Conduct simple soldering operations under close supervision.
• Work from models, samples, or simple diagrams to complete tasks.

• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
• Good hand/eye coordination is essential.
• Ability to distinguish colors is necessary.
• Must have the ability to follow written or verbal instructions effectively.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, greater than and less than, and percentages, are required.
