About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and interested in manufacturing world-class golf equipment? We’re looking for an Associate Production Area Specialist I to support the production of high-quality golf clubs. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring every component meets strict quality and design standards before final assembly.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while working with precision products that golfers around the world rely on.
What You’ll Do- Verify component quality and correct part numbers before use
- Safely handle and transport components throughout the production area
- Modify components to meet exact specifications and tolerances
- Operate equipment to grip and bend golf club shafts and heads
- Adjust settings and fine-tune components to meet quality benchmarks
- Prepare and inspect components prior to final assembly
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- High School Diploma or equivalent (education and experience combined)
- At least 6 months of production or manufacturing experience
- Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
- Familiarity with part numbers and product styles
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Professional communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
- Able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
