Production Specialist

About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and interested in manufacturing world-class golf equipment? We’re looking for an Associate Production Area Specialist I to support the production of high-quality golf clubs. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring every component meets strict quality and design standards before final assembly.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while working with precision products that golfers around the world rely on.

• Verify component quality and correct part numbers before use
• Safely handle and transport components throughout the production area
• Modify components to meet exact specifications and tolerances
• Operate equipment to grip and bend golf club shafts and heads
• Adjust settings and fine-tune components to meet quality benchmarks
• Prepare and inspect components prior to final assembly
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE

• High School Diploma or equivalent (education and experience combined)
• At least 6 months of production or manufacturing experience
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
• Familiarity with part numbers and product styles
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Professional communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
• Able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels

Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington.
