- Receiving Duties
- Performs work to the written policies and procedures
- Receives shipment, verifies quantities, identifies information to packing slip and purchase orders
- Ensures incoming freight is received in ERP within 24 hours
- Disposition material to the correct department
- Receives Engineering materials and other complex receipts
- Communicates with Supply Chain on problematic receipts
- Stockroom Duties
- Trains to Stockroom Clerk I roles and responsibilities
- Inventory Support
- Ensures quality and accuracy in work
- Accurately receives and labels receipts
- Utilizes and maintains FIFO inventory control
- Reports discrepancies to appropriate Supervisor
- Performs cycle counts with assistance
- Work Area Maintenance
- Maintains a safe and clean work area
- Performs aisle/workstation maintenance
- Participates in Lean initiatives
- Inspects receiving area and corrects outstanding issues
- Administrative
- Ability to manage time wisely
- Work as a member of the team
- Maintains good attendance in accordance with company guidelines
- Adheres to all Company health and safety policies and procedures
- Performs all other duties as assigned

- Required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills (ERP, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Training software)
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Good time management and organization skills
- Receiving experience
- Forklift experience

The posted pay range, $17.50 to $23.31, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation in your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions.
