Maintenance Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Carlsbad, CA. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that all equipment and facilities are functioning smoothly. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that properties are maintained to company standards. The role involves hands-on work and requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and functional environment.

Qualifications

• Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Industrial Maintenance
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and equipment used in maintenance and repair work
• Understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Previous experience in property management or a similar field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
