About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney who is driven, client-focused, and ready to take ownership of cases. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a true passion for family law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload with support and collaboration from our team.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Advocate fiercely while providing clients with compassionate guidance.
- Engage actively in firm growth and culture initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of family law experience preferred.
- Courtroom and litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
