About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney who is driven, client-focused, and ready to take ownership of cases. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a true passion for family law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload with support and collaboration from our team.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Advocate fiercely while providing clients with compassionate guidance.
• Engage actively in firm growth and culture initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of family law experience preferred.
• Courtroom and litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
