- Performs routine and advanced computer hardware and software installations, maintenance tasks, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment.
- Primarily provides Tier 3 level support; provides Tier 1/2 as needed.
- Escalates problems to higher-level support when response/repair time, parts availability, or customer impact issues arise.
- Processes timely and accurate information to ensure compliance with vendor warranty requirements.
- Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving all tangible problems and concerns.
- Adheres to client policies and procedures while protecting customer data integrity.
- Maintains and updates work order tickets in the client’s ITSM tool.
- Coordinates across multiple departments/vendors to provide support.
- Represents Bell Techlogix professionally and communicates effectively with customers and associates.
- Interacts with customers when responding to technical queries or requests for information.
- Supports the Team Lead/Supervisor with reporting and coverage.
- Trains other technicians.
- Maintains regular attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of technical or related experience; relevant education may substitute experience.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals from various manufacturers.
- Hands‑on experience supporting handheld and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of the client’s hardware platforms.
- Knowledge of the client’s software and user base.
- Understanding of AD and SCCM (or similar software).
- Proficient with multiple versions of Microsoft operating systems.
- Proficient with multiple versions of Microsoft Office Suites.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards.
- OEM certifications required for warranty repairs, as necessary.
- Client‑required certifications, if needed.
- Ability to travel to Bell Techlogix or client sites; overnight stays required on occasion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain product material to diverse audiences at all business levels.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, excellent organization, and strong customer‑service focus.
- Maintain a professional dress code and appearance.
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 75 lbs.
- Must stand for long periods.
- Must walk long distances.
- Must sit at a computer for long periods.
- Must work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Manual dexterity to use a keyboard for data input.

- Pay – $32/hr to $35/hr
