Associate Solution Architect

We are currently seeking an Associate Solution Architect to join our team in Carlsbad, California (US-CA), United States (US).

• Design and develop Mule Soft applications and flows
• Mule ESB setup and configuration
• Design and develop Mule Soft core services (error handling, logging, monitoring & alerting)
• Focus on developing reusable assets for identified use cases that are productized, discoverable, enabled for self-service, published and managed by the C4E
• Implement the required system APIs, process APIs, integration patterns, orchestrations and transformations, and experience APIs
• Configure API Manager, including API policies for the above use cases
• Populate Anypoint Exchange with system, process, experience and core services APIs, frameworks, guides, and documents
• Support client resources through development shadowing
• Assist client with deployment activities, including validating the CI/CD pipeline
• Ensure the technical design aligns with the overall enterprise architecture of the client and can scale with it

• Minimum 8+ years of overall integration experience with 5+ years on Mule Soft Anypoint Platform
• Proven experience designing enterprise integration architectures and API ecosystems
• Hands‑on experience implementing integration patterns using REST/SOAP services, APIs, event streaming, and batch integrations
• Mule Soft Architect / Developer Certifications preferred (Level 1 & 2 or Architect track)

• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Workday, CRM platforms, Net Suite, Siebel
• Prior experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery models
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, governance, and API management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical – Able to break down complex enterprise and integration challenges into actionable architectures
• Self‑Driven Leader – Proactively drives innovation, alignment, and delivery within matrixed organizations
