Functional Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst to join our Global Operations team in Carlsbad, CA. This role will support Distribution, Warehouse, and Logistics business functions and associated enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring operational systems are effectively supported, enhanced, and aligned with organizational goals.

This position includes Level 2 application support, requirements gathering, system design collaboration, reporting development, and participation in strategic initiatives such as Logistics Control Tower, transportation projects, network upgrades, machine automation, and analytics reporting.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Manhattan WMOS (2010 & 2018).
• Experience supporting ERP systems, particularly Oracle Enterprise One (E1).
• 2–3 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL Server (including stored procedures and triggers).
• 2–3 years of experience supporting Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) processes including Warehouse, Transportation, and Order Management systems.
• Experience with QAD Precision / TRAX preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience with integration technologies (XML, web Methods, Oracle Fusion Middleware).
• 1–2 years of experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or IBM Cognos.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting machine automation systems in warehouse environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
