• Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of systems engineers, cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute technical account strategies that align with customer business objectives and Cisco’s technology portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities, prioritize effectively, and track team performance metrics.
• Drive technical solution delivery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and evolving market demands.
• Facilitate collaboration among customers, partners, and internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and build long‑term partnerships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical sales or systems engineering roles.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing technical teams.
• Strong technical expertise in networking, security, cloud, or related Cisco technologies.
• Located in Western Canada.

• At least 5 years in formal leadership positions.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent industry certifications.
• In‑depth understanding of Public Sector or Enterprise markets and technology trends.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional projects and driving technical sales strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse partners.
