Roles and Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of systems engineers, cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute technical account strategies that align with customer business objectives and Cisco’s technology portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities, prioritize effectively, and track team performance metrics.
- Drive technical solution delivery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and evolving market demands.
- Facilitate collaboration among customers, partners, and internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and build long‑term partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical sales or systems engineering roles.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing technical teams.
- Strong technical expertise in networking, security, cloud, or related Cisco technologies.
- Located in Western Canada.
- At least 5 years in formal leadership positions.
- Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent industry certifications.
- In‑depth understanding of Public Sector or Enterprise markets and technology trends.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional projects and driving technical sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse partners.
