Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Construction HR Generalist to join their client's team in California. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal part of the HR department, managing various responsibilities from onboarding to employee relations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
• Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company culture and their respective roles.
• Assist with handling and processing employee insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
• Liaise with insurance providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all insurance claims and related documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support in employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Conduct regular audits of records and report trends to the Director.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Stay current and updated with all labor laws applicable to the company.
