$110,000 - $120,000 / Year DOE

The Fractional CFO will partner with executive leadership to oversee financial strategy and enhance operational efficiencies. This role demands a strong background in finance, particularly within professional services, where employee billables and utilization are critical. The successful candidate will navigate the complexities of financial planning while aligning strategies with company objectives. Time management and adaptability are essential, as priorities may shift frequently.

• Overseeing employee compensation evaluation and planning
• Managing the office administrator
• Assisting in the review of employee compensation models
• Creating operational and financial efficiencies
• Guiding strategic financial decisions
  
  Facilitating strategic growth initiatives
• Aligning financial planning with company goals
• Implementing software and policies

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Word and Excel
• Demonstrated experience as a CFO in a professional services environment
• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, engineering, or related field
• High proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in P&L analysis
• Financial forecasting expertise
• Headcount forecasting skills
• Knowledge of operational finance
• Awareness of HR policies and procedures
• MBA is preferred
• Experience with firms contracting with public agencies is preferred
• Understanding the RFP process is preferred
• Experience implementing AI is preferred
• Experience with acquisitions is preferred
