Are you a hands-on Financial Analyst who enjoys digging into manufacturing costs, partnering with operations, and turning data into actionable insights? This could be a great next step if you’re looking to grow within a stable, well-established industrial manufacturing environment.

We’re partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Financial Analyst who will play a key role in costing, margin analysis, inventory accuracy, and operational decision support. This role sits closely with plant and operations leadership and offers strong exposure across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing costing activities
    , ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs
, including standard vs. actuals and margin performance
  • Review and explain manufacturing variances (PPV, POV, absorption, labor efficiency, etc.)
  • Support inventory controls including cycle counts, demo inventory, and vendor inventory activity
  • Maintain and update cost standards and cost rolls
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for assigned areas
  • Partner closely with operations and plant leadership to provide insights that improve efficiency, reduce inventory, and support better forecasting
  • Build financial models and ad-hoc analysis for special projects and business initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of accounting/financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in cost accounting and manufacturing analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling, etc.)
  • Experience working in SAP (strongly preferred)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive — someone who enjoys improving processes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Experience with tools like One Stream or SAP AFO is a plus but not required.

Why This Role?:
  • High visibility with operations and business leadership
  • Opportunity to sharpen cost accounting and manufacturing finance expertise
  • Stable, growth-oriented environment with long-term career potential
  • Hands-on role where your analysis directly impacts business decisions
