We are actively seeking a Revenue Manager to join our team in an on‑site, full‑time capacity at our Carlsbad, CA location. The Revenue Manager will oversee revenue recognition processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to align financial reporting with business operations. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer contracts, improving revenue processes, and delivering accurate financial reports.

This role also involves leading audits and offering insights to ensure operational excellence and financial accuracy.

• Strong expertise in revenue recognition, financial analysis, and accounting principles.
• Experience navigating compliance with GAAP and ASC 606 standards.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and account reconciliation.
• Demonstrated success working with ERP systems and financial software;
  Oracle or Net Suite experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills to handle complex financial data.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in revenue management or a related financial management environment.
