About the Role:

We are seeking a California-licensed PLS with a minimum of 5 years of experience to serve as a Project Manager in our Survey Department. You’ll work closely with our Survey Manager and field teams on diverse land development and municipal projects.

Key Responsibilities :

· Lead and manage a variety of surveying projects

· Schedule office and survey crews

· Coordinate with Clients and survey staff

· Oversee preparation of boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys

· Draft plats, legal descriptions, subdivision/parcel maps, and Records of Survey

· Support and guide field survey teams

· Provide QA/QC on survey documents

· Collaborate with civil engineering and planning departments

· Assist in proposal preparation for new project opportunities

- Microstation V8i
- Trimble Data Collector Business Center

- Leica Data Collector and GPS
- MS Office Suite
