Role Description

The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all participants. Duties include responding to customer support requests, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Carlsbad, CA, and requires close collaboration with team members to deliver exceptional service to all clients and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction to address and resolve client inquiries effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Experience through proactive communication and solutions
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for building professional relationships
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer‑facing roles is required; experience in sports or recreation industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other administrative tools is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and demonstrate a passion for customer service
