We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in North County San Diego! The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and solutions-driven, with strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent service.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure satisfaction
• Process orders, returns, and account updates efficiently
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
